Poem on #metoo

This is a poem on #metoo that has given woman a mode of expressing the incidents of sexual harassment happen with them and particularly it is the question that society shoots on her which brings a bad name to her

*I do agree that there are woman who takes disadvantage of this but this is what i felt

Girl girl oh girl,

Why is mee too now,

When this happened with you many days from now,

Question this society ask you everytime

you say,

Just to make your assertion go in wain.

So you got the guts to point the finger on us,

Don’t you fear our bullets or our rumors bogus,

Where is the witness or evidence with you,

Evil trying to destroy the riches of the few,

Question this society ask you every time you say,

Just to make your assertion go in vain.

Fear and depression hardest to tackle,

Ruin some lives and throw them in shackles,

Yes there are few who use this as a weapon,

But many who has faced the distortion,

Trying to make a name with this trick new?,

Question this society ask you every time you say,

Just to make your assertion go in vain.

Oppressed and suppressed kept you for a long time,

Ain’t they fond of voices arising from the soul,

Ain’t they fond of listening to your ‘no’,

Objectifying humans always on the go,

Take the example of slave or other few,

Why you don’t report it?,

When authority is there friend,

Question this society ask you every time you say,

Just to make your assertion go in vain.
